Do I need to provide cleaning gear?
While we provide all essential gear, for added sanitary measures, we recommend that clients make their own mop, bucket, and vacuum available for use during the cleaning process. This practice helps to further minimize any risk of cross-contamination and aligns with our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in your Home.
Are your cleaning sessions insured?

How long does a typical cleaning session take?

What is your cancellation policy?
We recognize that your schedule may change unexpectedly. To accommodate these changes, we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without any penalty, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, we are happy to reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right at no extra cost.
